This site is intended for use by guests solely to provide information about accommodation in Bustani self-catering apartments and assist guests in finding legitimate reservations and bookings.
Under no circumstances will Bustani give or sell any information relating to guests to third parties or organizations.
Abuse of this website may result in you being denied access accommodation at Bustani. You agree to provide accurate and current information, and not to impersonate or misrepresent any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with anyone or anything.
You agree to abide by these terms and conditions in respect of any reservations for which fees may be charged and that you are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, and taxes arising out of the use of this website. You agree to be financially responsible for all your use of this Website as well as for use of your account by others, including without limitation any person under the age of eighteen years of age.
You must sign out of the website once you have finished using the Bustani website. If you do not do this, unauthorized transactions may result, for which we will not be liable.

Full pre-payment is required to secure your booking.
All rates advertised on the Website are exclusive of credit card fees.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before you complete your booking.
Block out dates are applicable, even when not stated. All rates advertised are on a per night basis unless stated otherwise.
Check-in time is after 14h00 unless prior arrangement is made via email addressed to Bustani. Check-out time is by 10h00 unless prior arrangement is done via our email addressed to Bustani. Guests are obliged to vacate their rooms and check-out by the time communicated to them by our management. Failure to do so may render the guest liable for an additional night’s charge.
Guests are required to produce the card used to pay the amount required with your online booking together with a valid ID on check-in.
The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy as per details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set out within.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours, and the owners at all times.
